Behind ME

Two sisters with creativity, passion, and willpower, began creating content in 2019. Manon started her journey towards a healthy lifestyle and shared her experiences on Instagram. Elise, always enthusiastic, took charge of capturing the pictures and videos. Together, they deepened their knowledge of social media, partnerships, and content creation within the fitness and nutrition industry. They took their camera everywhere: on trips, to festivals, to the gym, and to restaurants.

In May 2023, the sisters decided to collaborate professionally.

By June 2023, ME Content Creation was born!

Manon, who had studied marketing, discovered that their content gained more value when backed by a strategic approach.

Now, they assist brands with content creation.

The sisters enjoy their work every day.
